Sequencing with the builder
First fix has to be complete and inspected before boarding. We agree dates with your builder directly so nobody is waiting on anybody, and we come back for second fix once decorating is done.
Board and supply capacity
Adding a bedroom, an en-suite and possibly electric heating to an installation designed decades ago frequently requires a board upgrade. Doing it at first fix costs a fraction of doing it later.

Building control will want evidence the electrical work complies. We provide the certification and notification, which keeps your completion certificate on track.
